Daily log
I'm nearly finished with my design for a device to increase my work efficiency. It consists of a siphon structure that will deliver coffee from the pot in the break room to my cube. I'm nearly done with the thermal loss calculation and the flow rate. I'm thinking that if I can get someone to bring doughnuts I'll hardly have to move and will reach a point so close to my work efficiency asymptote that I will not be able to improve any further.

But, hasn't the time wasted devising this device pushed to further to the left of your efficiency bell-curve?
Ahh...this is not time wasted, it is time invested, and will be returned when the Turbo-Pneumatic Coffee-matic 5000 is completed.
